With 15+ years in FMCG across retail and foodservice, Laura helps brands sharpen their positioning, build compelling propositions, and turn strategy into campaigns that sell. Her background spans trade and shopper marketing, category management, sales, brand management, and commercial planning, including work with brands such as Pepsi, Lucozade and Batiste.
Martin Turner
Co-founder. Digital Marketing & Technical Director
Martin’s focus is firmly on the practical side of growth- aligning websites, tracking and campaigns so performance is measurable and decisions are clear. He builds reliable measurement and reporting, strengthens SEO and site performance, and improves attribution to make marketing investment easier to manage.

With 20+ years of experience across sectors from cosmetics and luxury fashion to FMCG, arts marketing, and education, Rhiannon brings clarity and personality to brand communication. She loves turning strategy into words that build trust and drive action. Rhiannon crafts messaging, web copy, and campaign content that supports sales, partnerships, and long-term brand value, all with a strong editorial eye and a commercial focus.
